Michelle Quinn writes about the protesting over Netflix's recently announced parental-leave policy: Netflix shouldn't have to extend benefits to its hourly workers that its salaried workers enjoy. But it should do better getting word out about how it does treat its warehouse staff.

Signing off on a $415 million settlement, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh put an end to antitrust claims against Apple, Adobe Systems, Google and Intel over allegations that they entered into secret agreements not to raid each others' workforces.

Impressed by the learning environment at Summit Public Schools, Facebook said Thursday that it has teamed up with the charter school network to revamp an online education tool. Eventually, the social network plans to make the software available for free to all schools in the United States.
