Denver pot products pass pesticide test; hold lifted

Denver officials are cracking down on unapproved pesticides in marijuana products. Inspectors ordered tests and put certain products on hold at two businesses this week, then lifted the holds a day later after the products cleared lab tests. Denver health officials will continue to look into possible violations at marijuana shops.

Man sentenced to life for pot freed from Missouri prison

"I spent a third of my life in prison. It's a shame," says Jeff Mizanskey, now 62 after serving 20 years of a life sentence without parole for nonviolent marijuana-related convictions. His sentence was commuted in May after years of lobbying by relatives, lawmakers and others.
