California legislators are rushing to fix a glitch that has held up graduation for a couple thousand students, but the future of the state's high school exit exam remains a question.
Milpitas Unified School District officials say they are doing all they can to achieve the 30 percent reduction in water use from 2013 levels as required by the Santa Clara Valley Water District.
