Funding college scholarships via pot grows
A new proposal out of southern Colorado would fund college scholarships through an excise tax on wholesale marijuana. "Pueblo County's perfect economic and weather conditions have created a boom of recreational cultivations without yet generating a tax on these grows," commissioner Sal Pace says.
